Returns & Refunds Policy
Unfortunately, all food sales are final. Thus, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
While we never want to be in a situation whereby you are unhappy with your order, we also understand that this can happen. We do stand behind our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee through our commitment to delivering a positive experience in every box. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a chance to address your concerns by contacting us and we will be happy to work with you on a resolution. In connection with submitting a request, please provide your purchase information and receipt showing where you purchased your product and your full name and contact details. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers and unless otherwise prohibited by law, our satisfaction guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
We only ship to the contiguous United States only ( no Hawaii or Alaska).
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not ship to Canada or international destinations.
When you purchase our goods, a third party will ship these goods to you and thus, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.
When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. A third party will ship the goods to you within a reasonable time from the date that you made your purchase.
Roots In Rice is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of mishandling by the shipping company or the return of product because you gave us the wrong address.
