I live milk tea and this cake did not disappoint! Made it the way the video suggested with the whipped cream frosting and boba top. It was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat!

The cake was so flavorful and fluffy. I paired it with vanilla whipped cream frosting and fresh strawberries 🍓. The bags weren’t labeled and I wish they were. I was able to figure out what was what but if my son was doing it I don’t think he could. The video instructions were great though and made it very easy to follow. Definitely will buy again
It is a little bit more work than a simple cake mix but well worth it. The cake is moist and delicious.
The mix made a fabulous cake. The cake mix is easy to use, not too sweet and gluten free. We all loved the cake. My mother who is sensitive to gluten was especially pleased as she can eat cake again.

We made the Japanese Strawberry flavor cake and it tastes so good! It reminds us of Chef Judy’s own strawberry chantilly cake from her Silk Cakes company. The cake was so easy to make and the online step-by-step tutorials were extremely helpful. We can’t wait to try the Matcha and Classic Milk Tea cake flavors. Highly recommend!
The matcha cake was delicious and a hit with my family during Christmas time. I caught several family members going for seconds so I was very happy as this was the first time I made the cake. You could definitely taste the matcha flavor and it went perfectly with my whipped cream frosting so the flavor of the cream and the matcha balanced well. I would recommend this cake mix if you’re looking to bring a dessert dish to an event or if you want to enjoy a dessert at home for you and your close ones.
I would highly recommend this scratch cake mix set to anyone who would like to try authentic asian flavors. It was simple to make, not too sweet and simply delicious! Best of all, it was gluten free so my sister who has gluten sensitivity can have it with us. So far, we have made the matcha one and the classic milk tea. Can't wait to try the Japanese Strawberry one next!!
